HOW DO I GET TO THE HOTEL?
BY CAR
From Vienna/Linz via the A1 motorway: Take the Salzburg Nord exit and follow the red hotel route. You will reach our hotel in approximately 7 minutes.
From Germany via the A10 motorway: Take the Bergheim-West exit on the A1 motorway; Salzburg-Itzling. You will reach our hotel in approximately 5 minutes.
BY BUS
Take bus line No. 6 from the main train station towards "Itzling West" to the Erzherzog-Eugen-Straße stop. From there, walk behind the local train station towards the hotel/hostel (signage, walking time approximately 8 minutes).
LOCAL TRAIN
Take the local train from the main train station towards "Lamprechtshausen" to the "Salzburg Itzling" stop. From there, walk behind the local train station towards the hotel/hostel (signage, walking time approximately 8 minutes).

CAN I RENT A BICYCLE AT THE HOTEL?
Between spring and autumn, you have the opportunity to rent a bicycle at the reception for a fee. Bicycles brought along can be stored free of charge in an outdoor bicycle room.
WHEN DO YOU SERVE BREAKFAST?
Our breakfast buffet is located in the Kolpinghaus dining hall. Here, we serve both our youth hostel residents and hotel guests. The breakfast buffet offers a standard continental breakfast with pastries, cold cuts, eggs, bacon, jam, honey, Nutella, yogurt, muesli, fruits, and vegetables. Upon request, we can freshly bake gluten-free pastries. Please ask our breakfast staff. We also offer lactose-free milk or oat milk to our guests upon request. The breakfast price is already included in the room rate.

Monday – Friday: 06:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Saturday & Sundays: 07:00 AM to 10:00 AM
UNTIL WHEN CAN I CANCEL FREE OF CHARGE?
Our rooms can be canceled free of charge within a cancellation period of 24 hours (3:00 PM) in the low season and 48 hours in the high season. If canceled after the deadline, the first night will be charged.
WHEN IS CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME?
Our guests can check in at the reception in the main building (Kolpinghaus) from 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, you can use the room until 11:00 AM. If you wish to arrive or depart earlier or later, please inform us. If you want to check in outside reception hours, we can provide you with a key box.
WHERE ARE THE CONFERENCE ROOMS LOCATED?
Our conference rooms are located in the main building of the Kolpinghaus. We have 5 small conference rooms and a large event hall. You can find information on which conference room your event is in on the screens in the foyer. All information about our seminars can be found here.
DO YOU HAVE E-CHARGING STATIONS?
Two electric car charging stations are located at our hotel and are managed by external providers. You can charge your car here with your charging card or credit card.

WHERE DO WE GET THE ROOM KEYS AFTER 6 PM?
Next to the entrance of the Eco Suite Hotel, you will find key boxes. If you arrive outside reception hours, your key cards will be stored here. We will send you the code to unlock your box via email. With the key card, you will then have access to the building and your room.
DO YOU HAVE EXTRA BEDS FOR CHILDREN?
Children up to 3 years old stay for free in our hotel. Children between 3 and 6 years old have the option to sleep on the sofa bed. A fee of EUR 10.00 per child per night will be charged for using the sofa bed. We provide free baby cots if available in the house.
HOW IS THE KITCHEN EQUIPPED?
All our rooms have a kitchenette with the following equipment:

DO YOU OFFER LUGGAGE STORAGE?
We can gladly store your luggage at the reception before your arrival or after your check-out. Please ask our reception team for further information.
DO YOU HAVE NON-SMOKING ROOMS?
All our rooms and facilities are non-smoking areas. Guests can smoke in the designated area across from the Kolpinghaus, on the balcony, or on the rooftop terrace.
DO YOU OFFER PARKING FACILITIES?
There are ample free parking spaces directly at the hotel, provided free of charge to our guests. Reservation is not necessary. In the context of group bookings, we can also offer free parking for tour buses.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Pets are welcome in our hotel. A fee of EUR 15.00 per night will be charged.
WHEN IS RECEPTION STAFFED?
The reception is located in the Kolpinghaus and is staffed on the following days:
Monday to Thursday: 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM
Friday & Saturday: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sunday: 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM
Outside of these hours, a journal service from the youth hostel is reachable. If you plan to check in outside of reception hours, we are happy to provide key boxes.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU CHANGE THE TOWEL?
We are happy to change your towels daily upon request. As we are an energy-efficient house and environmentally conscious, only towels on the floor will be changed.
DOES THE HOTEL HAVE WIFI?
There is free Wi-Fi throughout the building. No password is required.

Our reception team is pleased to provide information about attractions, cinema and theater programs, as well as restaurant recommendations and booking city tours.

The Grand Salzburg City Tour to Hellbrunn Castle, including the 24-hour Salzburg Card (providing you with free admission to all major Salzburg attractions and free use of all public transportation lines in the city of Salzburg for 24 hours. Additionally, you have the opportunity to enjoy the magnificent view over the rooftops of the Old Town after a short ride with the lift on Mönchsberg).
Tip: Following the tour, all visitors have the special opportunity to experience the unique Hellbrunn Water Games (April to October) with all their watery surprises and/or Stiegl's Brewery World - Europe's largest beer experience world, all at no additional cost.

Welcome to an atmospheric evening at the extraordinary Baroque Castle Klessheim. In the sparkling casino ambiance, many opportunities await at the roulette, blackjack, or poker tables - place your bets! Entry to the casino is allowed for individuals aged 18 and above, with a valid ID card or driver's license. A jacket and tie are required.
Opening hours: Slot machines area open daily from 12:00 pm, live games daily from 3:00 pm.
The Kehlsteinhaus at Twilight

From Mirabellplatz over the Staatsbrücke along the Salzach River - past the baroque Old Town - along the Alpenstraße to the former border station Marktschellenberg. Along the way, you'll see the mystical Untersberg. The Königsseeache accompanies the bus through picturesque farming villages. The Obersalzberg, once a 'Führer-prohibited area,' gained infamous notoriety during the Nazi regime. Today, ruins of the residences remain, including the 'Kehlsteinhaus,' reachable via a spectacular high-mountain road. It offers a unique view and serves as a reminder of the Nazi dictatorship. Visit the 'Documentation Obersalzberg,' an exhibition at the historical site.
The tour continues to Lake Königssee, surrounded by imposing mountains such as the Watzmann. Before heading back, there is time to savor a Bavarian delicacy in Berchtesgaden.

Directions: Via the A1 motorway, take the Salzburg-Klessheim exit (toll required). 4,200 free parking spaces are available for you. You can also reach us directly from the train station with O-Bus Line 1 or S-Bahn S3 Line 200.

Directions: Take the A1 motorway and exit at Salzburg Airport, then follow the signs towards the Designer Outlet, leaving the airport. Enter the roundabout and exit onto Kasernenstrasse at the second exit; O-Bus Line No. 2.

Salzburg Old Town
Your shopping tour should also take you through the Judengasse to Mozartplatz or into the Goldgasse, which lives up to its name. You'll find unique items in Kaigasse, the Ava-Passage, or on the other side of the Salzach River in the Mirabellviertel.
Shops in the Old Town are typically open from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, and on Saturdays, they usually open from 10 am to 5 pm.
